Information, not advice

Juncho publishes general information about Japan's immigration rules and related tax and insurance rules. It isn't legal or tax advice, and using the site doesn't create a professional relationship of any kind. Nothing here is a decision about your own case: ISA decides each application on its own facts.

Accuracy

We cite the official source for each entry and show when it was last checked, but rules change and we can be wrong or late. Where Juncho and an official source disagree, the official source is right. Check the source, or ask ISA or a licensed professional, before you act on anything here.

Dates such as "earliest application date" are estimates from published rules. They aren't a promise that an application will be accepted or approved.
